In today’s fast-paced world, there is an exponential increase in the global population, as compared to the past centuries. This results in a high demand for food to feed the massive numbers. Henceforth, with the help of science, researchers have come up with Genetically Modified (GM) foods to take up the challenge of ensuring food security in the near future. Although GM foods seem like a viable method to produce products, I believe that there are underlying effects to these modified consumables and thus, have other methods to overcome this issue.
