A company’s success partially depends on the employees who work there. It is vital for an employer to hire a right candidate with suitable skill set to do the job.Some experts believe that the academic certificates play an important role during recruitment while others oppose this idea. From my perspective, the focus should be more on the academic qualifications rather than individual qualities.

Having a quality education background is hugely important in this modern society and this subject has always been one of the most highly debated issues among the population. To enhance the standard of people's lives, many authorities in the world, spending a huge amount of money on art. Whereas, others suggest that if would be extremely good if they spend on other things like developing infrastructure rather than art. I strongly believe that spending money on useful things for the community would be recommended instead art. This essay will discuss both sides of the thesis statement by taking examples from newspapers and journals.

There is no doubt that usage of mobiles has been increased in recent years significantly. Although some believe that this can be a public nuisance, others consider this is an essential part of our day to day life. In my opinion, even though these gadgets have its own importance, limiting its usage in public place need to be considered.

Over the years, the evolution in technology, the increase in our knowledge and creativity has helped us in amazingly different ways, such as our way of communication, lifestyle, and the subjects we choose to study. From the toothpaste we use when we get up till the type of dress we want to sleep in, every aspect of our day if filled with various choices unlike the old times where people lived a monotonous life.

However, I believe that death penalties are rapid and reliable solutions to eradicate such problems.

Nowadays, the stress burden is increasing rapidly. So, some people choose mental peace activities, whilst others prefer to do physical activities. As per my point of view, mental relaxation is mandatory to keep our life healthy and happy. Activities, such as meditation and reiki are more beneficial than physical.
