In some societies, it is increasingly common to try to achieve good health and fitness through physically demanding sports, special diets, or preventative medicine -conventional or alternative. Some people, however, believe that the best way to stay fit and healthy is simply to lead a normal life. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

There are plenty of options for staying in a healthy activity, meaning that it is not only for doing exercises but also for eating authentic foods or some supplements. On the other side, it is significant for keeping the ordinary lifestyle as normal instead of doing extra efforts. In my opinion, I disagree all the nutrients can be absorbed from all foods. Because of environmental change, some ingredients or resources have been polluted dramatically recently. Therefore, physical check-ups regularly and building up health habits properly have become the trend for people to avoid disease happening.

Many factors are considered when it comes to deciding where to live in. Climate has been always an important reason for choosing the right place. The two sides of this argument will be thoroughly analysed and discussed in this essay before drawing a reasoned conclusion.

In our ever-changing world, due to the drastic decrease in the use of private cars, it is opined by a group of people that citizens should be responsible for the expense of the road system, whereas, others deem that this charge belongs to the government responsibility. From my perspective, I totally agree with the latter statement and the following essay will approach both aforementioned aspects of this phenomenon.

In this essay , I will discuss both views in the following paragraphs and then I will give my own opinion .

Besides, the solutions for federal authorities to deal with this problem is to improve public transportation and add up car's prices.

I totally disagree with the idea, and this will be proven by analysing the fact that each living kind has a role in our ecosystem, as well as we should protect them because we are the reason for their daying in the first place.

The holistic development of a country depends on its education system. Finding good faculties in the rural areas is considered a boon to the localities which could help to improve the standard of the overall literacy system. There are multifarious reasons such as fewer teaching resources and low income however there are a plethora of suggestions to curb them like better accommodation and adequate salaries. This essay will discuss the main causes with relevant examples of why I am holding this view and provide some solutions.

In this present world, crime rates are constantly on the rise. The capital sentence is considered, by many, a murder by society. Instead, they think life in prison is better. I disagree with the idea of calling off the death penalty. And this is due to the fact that by punishing killers we send a strong message to anyone thinking of committing murder, as well as the unnecessity of filling prisons, which are run by public money, with killers that can’t be rehabilitated.
