While many people argue that the success of the student is related to the capability of a teacher, others think that a student's attitude is also important. Some areas in the U.S. are prohibitive about teenagers getting out after a specific time at night. Although they can still go out accompanied by an adult, this regulation can be considered strict, especially for the younger. As a result, this rule is very debatable and extremely different points of view could be observed. I honestly prefer to ponder the detriments and benefits to reach a conclusion.

In the past thirty years, there has been an exponential growth in the number of car possessions. This problem becomes more apparent to the countries that have a large sum of population and government interventions are needed to solve it. New era construction prefers casual workspaces rather than private ones in regards to corporate and educational institutions. I definitely support such advancement in infrastructures and will substantiate the same idea in my following essay with relevant examples.
