While some people believe the main goal of universities is to teach students how to get a better position in the job market, others think these institutions have a wider goal for both individual and community. This essay will discuss both sides and present arguments to support why I agree with the former opinion.

Unemployment and illiteracy are concerning factors on the global level. Thus, governing bodies should spend more on these areas instead of doing the expenditure on creativity and artwork. I strongly agree with this notion because the taxpayers should get the reciprocal return of their money in the form of the better education system, medical services, and employment benefits.

It is thought by some that channelizing more funds towards building railway lines for super fast trains are an absolute requirement though others feel that improvement of present transportation is of vital importance. In my opinion, I feel that even though the current mode of transports needs attention, deployment of funds towards the construction of new railways line for high-speed trains will be overwhelmingly beneficial.
