Today, the arguments about talents are widely controversial. Some people say that certain people are born naturally with some specific talents, such as sport or music, whilst others think that they can be learnt to accomplish that. Therefore, in this essay, I would like to examine those 2 views as well as provide a plausible conclusion regarding that matter.

However, there are few people who tend to believe argue that the government should look after healthcare, educational and employment services instead of wasting it on the arts. This essay will elicit the rationale on both the views then only I will give my opinion.
