Write about the following topic: Nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties getting enough sleep. What problems can lack of sleep cause? What can be done about lack of sleep?

The issue of insomnia is becoming more and more common to many people, especially the adults. Yet there are several causes for this problem of getting insufficient sleep relating to the noise pollution, stresses at work and perhaps, spoils when infants are crying at midnight. However, there are some solutions corresponding to those causes that I would like to propose in the later paragraph.
