These days the discussion about the participation of women in scientific and technological careers is a need. In this essay, I will explore some of the problems associated with the lack of female contribution in these types of professions and propose some solutions.

Many people are working longer hours. Why is this happening? What problems can this cause to people?

Today there is an upheaval trend about which many workers are accepting overtime work. Personally, it brings some negatives for them such as health and mentality.

There are several solutions that can be implemented to solve these problems. Firstly, people should have self-discipline among them , where they allocate at least 30 minutes per day for any type of physical activity such as walking, swimming and running . Secondly, it is vital to obtain breaks every hour to release work stress. This could be done by walking to a nearby cafe. Thirdly, get involved in sports activities organized by the company to improve stamina and better health results.

Many people argue that although the latest development occurs in the agriculture industry , many populations of countries still face trouble with hunger .
