Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

The majority of employees do not exercise either in their workplace or their free time, which causes serious health problem between them. Financial pressure itself is the main cause of inactivity among working people; nonetheless, there are two main ways to encourage them to work out.

The environment we are living in is in danger due to various problems…so who do u think should be responsible for solving it? Is it the governments, organization or each individual?

Although such topics, in all likelihood, never will yield a consensual agreement, a constructive dialogue on various problems in our environment which is causing danger can lead to thought-provoking discussions. My view is that irrespective of the numerous arguments that exist on either side, the Government creates rules for the people to reduce dangers in our living environment. In this essay, I shall explain it by analysing both sides of the statement.

Contrary to early days, the kids of this generation are inclined to spend their free time indoors with electronic equipment like computers and TVs as opposed to outdoor activities. Such a lack of exterior recreation can be hazardous to both the child's health and social life. I believe that children should always be encouraged to go out and indulge in physical activities rather than being stuck up behind closed doors.

Migration of people from rural areas to big cities is becoming increasing and due to this movement, individuals are leaving their parents back home. There are numerous problem arises because of this trend such as, numbers of old age homes are increasing, but this problem is not permanent if the government takes some necessary steps to overcome it such as, providing education and job opportunities in these underdeveloped areas.
