The reason why more students should be able to have the chance to study medicine in college is because doctors are essential to the society nowadays. Doctor are important, for their role was to securre the safety of citizens. Reprehensiblly, in the Shanghai lockdown, there was an ergent need of doctors among local people. Since there is indeed a lack of doctors in society, it is deplorable for college to decrease the number of students wishing to become a doctor. It will be lament if someday, there will be no doctors to cure patients.This will highly increase the amount of poeple dying every year.
