Living in a big city such as New York could be a great opportunity for getting job easy and with good payment. However, those kind of cities have issues with transportation, some people believe that government should foster people to find other options to move around the city. Today, in this modern world globalization has been increasing rapidly at fast pace. In order to run along with this competitive world people are busy in working most of their time in a day. As money is essential for our survival, not a single day goes without working. Many people are struggling to get free time for the exercise to keep their lives healthy. The main reason for this is longest working hours. Employers need to reduce the working hours to employees so that they will have some time to concentrate on their physical self too. The one more reason for people finding difficulty to get exercise is travelling longest distances to their workplaces, this is making them too tired to do ther work at home. And coming to job types people are doing now a days is mostly sitting infront of computer for longer hours. This is a serious concern because it doesn't involve any physical work, which have some adverse effects on their health.

According to a old saying "a healthy mind lives in a healthy body". Scientists have recently proved that a healthy person in more proactive throughout the day as compared to a non-healthy person.
