Age constitutes a veritable tool in maximizing output amongst employees in labour sector. It is commonly believed by some that people’s capacity to acquire new things reduces with their age. Hence, companies are expected to employ younger staff to who have prospects to learn. I completely agree with this view and this essay will discuss in detail the reasons behind my opinion.
