Psychologically speaking, living in a tidy place, is directly associated with attracting positive energy. For instance, there is a philosophy came from ancient China that is named Feng shui, and deals with organising things in the best place for having disciplined surrounding environment which has effects on human happiness and health. There are many things which the government should do to devote for local film industries. First of all, they can give some scholarships for talent filmmakers or producers to study abroad about how to create a good scene, sound and lighting. Secondly, there is no doubt that lack of money is the biggest reason inhibiting domestic films from reaching viewers. The authority can solves this by calling for investment from funds, low interest loans. They just need to be given the chance to prove themselves. Finally, sometimes, the government maybe invite famous filmmarkers in the world come to Vietnam to sharing their experiments in choosing actors, places, equipments or topics. I believe that all above method can positive support for local films to compete with overseas one.
