Every minute world is changing and it's growing huge. As day follows night and likewise every chance has both effects. As per the topic easy to consume food's ratio is increasing. In my view it has definitely have good impact. however it carries with it few drawbacks.

Many think that all decisions within a company should be made by managers whereas others feel it is better to include employees in the process. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

It has become a controversial issue, whether managers can take best decisions or workers. Some people hold the view that every action will be under the manager's control, whilst others claim that emplyees should take part in this practice. However, I opine that neither all of the decision should be taken by employer only nor without the participation of their workers. This essay will discuss the aforementioned views and my opinion as it progresses.

The debate of whether students should study languages as necessary subjects or not has become popular in nowadays. In my opinion, I would argue that the course of foreign language for pupils should be optional.

Majorly in the building nations, workers are seen transforming their lives from rural to urban areas. There lie enormous factors which lead to this behaviour. In further passage, I will discuss possible reasons and problems caused due to this.

Learning is a life-long process. There are some people who believe that every educational institution, even from the elementary to tertiary level, promotes theoretical aspects than practical training. I strongly disagree with this viewpoint because it is highly essential to spend a significant amount of time for this since this prepares the students to secure better prospects.

Aim of advertisements show what is necessary to buy and creat varialty with new products.In daily life we have seen many of it which affect ours mind. İn recent years,The Advertisements have shown to us via social media so shall we restrict it or how can we utilize without affected from it ?

For the time being, food shortage has started to become serious problem all over the world. Despite a great deal of improvements in agriculture when compared to past, it is surprising that many people are suffering from malnutrition.In fact, many factors are likely to contribute this problem without realization and by changing some of them we can ease this problem.

Today's the education system and it's structure is different everywhere and it is completely based on the Government and their policies. There are countries where school start at lower age as four and in other it is at seven or eight years.

In the 21st century, technology is indeed a blessing to mankind. It has facilitated human life in uncountable ways. Human life becomes more easy and speedy than in the past. The prediction that people have more free time in the 21st century than earlier becomes true. The supporting ideas will be explicated in subsequent paragraphs.

Recently there are more gas stations being built as opposed to diesel ones rural areas. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend.

It is irrefutable that gases are the most preferable source due to modernization. Nowadays, the consumption rate of diesel seems to be decline as compared to the gases in villages. The number of reasons is responsible behind its influence and I believe that it always projects positive impacts on people's mind. Although, this trend has been criticised due to having some drawbacks. I would like to delve into both the points in the upcoming paragraph.

With the turn of 21st century, urbanisation has increased drastically. Along with this, what has also came is the slums. these are densely populated areas within a city consisting of people strugling to meet ends. This negative impact of urbanisation has led to increase in the number of crimes.

Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do you think this is happening? What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Increase in population has caused land pollution, water pollution and air pollution since decades. Rise in population causes demand for more consumption of food, use of bags, demand for hospital materials, supply for factory materials which in turn causes growth of production of unwanted material leading to surge of waste. The waste collected from houses, hotels, factories, hospitals etc are all dumped in the waters, on an open yard and sometimes they are put on fire.
