There has been a significant increase in the number of people who are travelling around and this trend is likely to continue as travelling has become one of individuals’ one of the favorite pastimes. However, some people argue that such a trend brings no benefit to the host country while as I see it, the booming tourism industry benefits the tourist destinations in many aspects. It is true that many factors affect the success of an organisation. However, in my opinion, the communication between leaders and employees is the most important part as it will be described in the essay. There are several important factors accounting for a well-running community. Firstly, the ability of the staff members plays a vital role. The common goals of the organisation could be easily achieved when each step of the process could be done by members who are skillful in their tasks. On the one hand, Those wo beleive that we have less options now than before, point to the fact that due to the increase in prices of rent, people do not have other options but to live in a neighborhood with low rent. Conseuqently, they can not send their children to a prestigious schools of their choices. In addition, high paid jobs will require certain courses which they can not afford, which will limit their educational options. They say, with some merit, that some people was born with fewer options as a result of financial hardships of their families. Recently, the rapid consumption of the world's resources such as oil, fresh water or mineral deposits has inflicted detrimental effects on both human kind and other species. In this essay, some causes and solutions to this issue will be cited. There are a variety of forces that drive this issue. First of all, the populations in many countries, especially the developing ones have risen tremendously, which speeds up industrialization to meet the growing demands of the rising number of people. This is clearly reflected in China where hundreds of factories are established and put into operation on a daily basis to accommodate more than 1.3 billion residents. Second of all, the combination of low awareness of the citizens and lax regulations from the government has contributed to the exhaustion of natural resources in many areas. it is a fact that these days, the way people travel, purchase daily needs, talk to each other and their hobbies has been influenced by technology. The way people interact using the internet and other social media had been changed by the latest innovation where in the past, communication had been done with the help of letters or by human messengers. Some companies ask their potential employees about additional information which is not really connected with the job position or working experience. Although some people are happy to share this information, others can find such questions inappropriate. As for me, I believe that there is nothing wrong to ask about some personal information, however, at the same time, the questions should be not too personal and need to be asked in professional way.

There are professionals who continuously work on improving of quality of our lives by creating different machines, finding of new solutions, creating new chemicals, improving medicines etc. Without doubts, scientists are people who are on the top place of professions rates.
