It is a positive thing for people who are in senior management positions in companies to have much higher salaries than other employees in the same company or organization. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Management is a steering wheel to an organization and senior management professionals strategically lead the company to reach its vision and goal. Even though some people state that the senior managers are not worthy to receive higher salary than others in the same organization but I strongly disagree to the statement and the following paragraphs will support it.

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries and contributes a great deal to economies around the world. However, the damage tourism can cause to local cultures and the environment is often ignored. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays more and more people visit tourist destinations during public holidays. Such tendency often has adverse impact on those places and the issue can be solved by governmental intervention. Places which are overcrowded by tourists have more probability to be damaged because of some tourists’ irresponsible behaviors. Environmental issues should be especially noted as these reasons raise concern over the future of touristic places. Such destinations tend to be polluted by plastic bags and packages which negatively affect the surrounding area. This fact does not only raise environmental concern but also aesthetic one. The beauty of destinations is spoilt by pollution which makes locals worry about the future of tourism. To mitigate the negative effect of flow of tourists to destinations, government should take several steps. It is a fact that we, all human have been relying on new innovation. Some people claim this is a waste of time or just cost too much and not really worth it. Although it is quite time consuming and costs a lot. And it does not always succeed. However, great scientific inventions have been bringing hope and comfortable lives to our society. Thanks to scientists, our life became much easier due to the discoveries of renewable energy such as wind energy, solor energy, fossile fuel and so on. The discoveries of cure for terminal disease like cancer, HIV saved many people's lives. People would not have been able to survived unless some scientist found the cure for an epidemic disease back in old days. Disparity of tax payment between the underprivileged and wealthy people, which is supposed to favor for the poor, should be high. Although the taxes are expected to contribute significantly to social welfare, in some degree it should not create huge dissatisfaction among the tax-paid classes.

The free movement of goods across national borders has long been a controversial issue. Some people argue that it is necessary for economic growth, while others claim that it damages local industries.

There is a diversity in an opinion by many factionists regarding an appropriate mechanism for trading goods. Conservatives are in the firm view that by applying no financial charges in importing the goods are essential for the economic growth of the country. Opponents, however, are convienced that this will damage local industries. My observation in this doctrine hereby affirms that real benefits are connected with discouraging free border trade. the following descriptive evaluation of both views will clarify the stance and proffer passable conclusion
