Not surprisingly, many aspects of people's daily life have undergone considerable changes because of the recent development in technology. It is particular concern that the pace of everyday life is becoming faster, resulting from the development in cars, air travel, telecommunications technology and the internet. As well as benefits, this trend is to bring problems.

Some people beleive that as work force get older, their potential of learning declines, therefore employers should actively recruit youngesters for the company, whereas others determine that older individuals are neccessary since their experience are higher than younger one. I totally disagree that companies should intensively increase the number of young workers.

While shifting of big factories and manufacturing firms in the outskirts of the huge cities may create opportunities for growth of infrastructure and employment in the rural villages near to regional areas, it can also create economic burden on small scale industries.
