Perhaps crime has been considered one of the most crucial issues these days. It is commonly believed that capital punishment plays a vital role in controlling violence in society. As far as I am concerned, I am totally in favor of this point of view. Therefore, the objective of this essay is to give possible reasons to prove my belief.

People do judge according to social status and material possessions. I believe there is no reason to dispute this hypothesis. Evidences of it are blantant all around us. Since the advent of the internet there has been a growing concern, among teenagers especially, about showing off some particular social status or belonging. This is exactly the proof of our present judging system: if it wasn't like that, people would not mind about sharing their precious object on a regular basis.

The quality of education provided to students is dependent on many factors, the most prominent being efficient teachers. It is noticed that education of children in rural communities is adversely affected in some developing countries due to the difficulty to find good teachers who are willing to work in rural areas. There are many factors leading to this phenomenon and it can be tackled by taking appropriate measures.

A business can be successful only if it has great team ready to build the business. An employer often has to make attempts to ensure that employees are comfortable with the job. Some people argue that a supportive and pleasant environment mus be provided, however, other believe employees must be given facilities and incentives. In my opinion, it is the combination of both that leads to success.

Every country has its own museums or galleries, though the people have to pay for visiting some of these, some allow free visit. These fees have some advantageous side such as it enriches the economy of the country and also help to maintain the art works, while the disadvantages are that people do not visit these areas often and the artefacts can be destroyed without maintainance expense.
