Some sections of the society believe that spending budgets on enjoyment resources is wastage of money; however, others holds the opposite view that expend money in public sectors for instance, public transportation, education, sports, etc. This essay will discuss that they would spending more funds on public sectors.

Foreign language learning is nothing strange to many people, as in many countries, a second language is usually a compulsory subjects in school curriculum when children reach a certain intellectual level, which is usually middle school. However, some experts have suggested that the level required for learning language should be lower, which is primary school to be precise. Personally, I think this is a good idea.
