To be labelled a ‘Work of Art’, a painting, sculpture or other art form should display certain qualities that are unique. However, over the past century there has been a decline in the quality of prize-winning artwork and it is now possible for quite ordinary pieces of art to be labelled ‘masterpieces ’ whilst true works of art pass unnoticed. Do you agree or disagree?

It is claimed that the art work which ought to be exhibited as unique, are dropping gradually in selecting the best piece for awards since last century, whereas, some incompatible works get the honor of prizes, eventually, it loses its real purpose. In my opinion, it happens because of biasness and dearth of funding on the art institute.

‘Evaluate the usefulness of Bigelow and La Gaipa’s work for understanding children’s friendship.’

In the 70s, relationship research in psychology focused on the study of emotional bonds between people. Researchers reduced the role of children's friendship to the question of what makes them feel attracted to each other? Understanding the phenomenon of friendship in more complex context of psychology was limited. In 1975, Brian Bigelow and John La Gaipa researched changes in the way children perceive and define friendship depending on their age and stage of development. This essay will evaluate the usefulness of those findings and their further influence on shaping the understanding of children's friendships.

Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development?

There are various ways in which technology has played a significant role in people’s relationships. Firstly, it allows people to communicate and keep in touch much easier, especially those who are isolated from their families or partners. For example, many children who study abroad will not suffer from homesickness because of the long distance between their parents and them. Secondly, with technological advancements, freelancers can collaborate with people who want to hire them through project management platforms, without any one-on-one interaction. Finally, online courses offer new opportunities for students in countries all over the world to interact with professors from top universities at the comfort of their home.

Opinion are divided as to whether technology has altered on vital role of people’s communication in these days. Despite the fact that technology has changed the interaction between people, I believe that there are both advantage and drawback.

It is tough to enter in university for both underprivileged/unfortunate and privileged/fortunate. In my opinion, I am agreed with the statement because of the strict entrance conditions of many world well known universities.

It is undeniable fact that many of us live in fear either at home or outside home. Through this essay I will enunciate three main causes and solutions.

The lifespan of people has been going up considerably when compared to past due to great developments and innovations in health care in our modern era and some people feel that the retirement age should be increased. Although extending the working age could bring about some merits, I believe that there are far more inevitable concerns.

It is considers that, it is not significant to have a lot of language around the world and only few language is enough to make our life comfortable. I completely disagree with the opinion and I think that, diversified Language is crucial for each and every nation.

Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmers (for example working for a charity, improving the neighborhood or teaching sports to younger children). To what extend do you agree or disagree?

It is considered that, high school students should work for community without any financial benefit by involving with a charity, enhancing the neighborhood or teaching sports to children. I strongly agree with this opinion.

In many Countries, the amount of crime is increasing and crimes are becoming more violent. Why do you think ithis is and what can be done about it? Give reasons for your answers and include and relevant examples from your experience.

In most of the third world countries, the crime rate has been drastically increasing since last decade. Among the many factors involving in the rise of crime rate, lack of formal education and unemployment are the top most reasons.

In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

A fair amount of people believes that it is essential to preserve the countryside and do not construct new houses there. I strongly agree with this opinion because if country is destroyed, green fields are cut downed by building new homes, it will lead to severe pollution and shortage of organic food items in the nation, which will affect human health.

We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in business, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used in the future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?

Computers are a relatively new invention. The first computers were built fifty years ago and it is only in the last thirty or so years that their influence has affected our everyday life. Personal computers were introduced as recently as the early eighties. In this short time they have made a tremendous impact on our lives. We are now so dependent on computers that it is hard to imagine what things would be like today without them. You have only got to go into a bank when their main computer is broken to appreciate the chaos that would occur if computers were suddenly removed world-wide. In the future computers will be used to create bigger and even more sophisticated computers. The prospects for this are quite alarming. They will be so complex that no individual could hope to understand how they work. They will bring a lot of benefits but they will also increase the potential for unimaginable chaos. It is better to have one true friend than all the acquaintances in the world. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

An individual might have lots of friendship bonds along his journey of life. Number of one’s friends depends on how extroverted he is. The question is: are they all available in need? This essay agrees that one true friendship bond’s worth is more than having so many relationships which cannot be counted on. This essay will discuss this matter from both materialistic and spiritual points of view.

There is an opinion that primary staff members who have dedicated many years to working for a particular company should be given executive positions in a company. I disagree with this viewpoint in as much as younger workers may have more skills and if not provided with an opportunity for a promotion, they will become demotivated.

English is one of the fast growing and second most common language spoken by different ethnic groups throughout the world. In recent years, more students from non-English speaking countries are travelling to English speaking countries to learn English. In this essay, I argue about students traveling to foreign countries to learn English and other options available to do it.
