should countries invest in building transport systems? discuss both views ans express an opinion

Nation's should focus on equipping themselves with better transport facilities.Some people believe that building transport hubs and mediums should be given more priority, whilst others argue that the budget allocated for building the transport facilities should be utilized for the development of other areas as they could not imagine the impacts of undeveloped transportation facilities on the life of other people. In my opinion, developing transport facilities should be given more weightage as it promotes overall development of the society.
