As most people spend a major part of their adult like at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Due to high cost of living in today’s world, most individuals spend a large chunk of their adult life working. Therefore, feelings about one’s job reflect the individual’s wellbeing, because of which job satisfaction is required. There are a myriad of factors that contribute to job satisfaction, a few of which I will list below.

Nowadays,traffic congestion has become a global issue.To tackel this problem,some pepople think that law of enforcement agencies should provide free of cost transport round the clock.l partially agree with this given statement because I do not think that hit is a viable contribution to resolve the traffic jam problem

Spending of money by government is always debatable among the people. They believed that expenditure of amount on the arts is Profligate and it should be expended on other things. In my perspective, I strongly agree that this fund should be utilized for the betterment of health and education system.

In some countries older people are being encouraged to work longer and not to retire. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of working beyond retirement age.

In the recent years, many companies in different nations are coming up with the policy of letting their employees work after retirement age. While some opine that letting people work beyond their age of employment is beneficial to the society, a few others are completely against this viewpoint. In this essay, I will discuss both the opinions and highlight the advantages and disadvantages.

The population ratio of youngsters to that old aged people found to be numerous in the current days among few countries .Few people say that these difference in ratio seems beneficial ,while some other people say that this situation itself is futile. According to my view, the old aged people population is never decline .This difference in population should remain null .

Social interactions with people we share a building or a neighbourhood are among the crusial aspects in creating a safe and welcoming environment to our family and children. Unfortunately, these social interacitons are now seen less frequently and people know their neighbours much less.

In the recent times, the majority of the population are living in urban areas. That would be owin to the reason that urban areas are more developed and therefore provide more and better opportunities. Though there are advantages of living in thses places, they actually have to experience various difficulties, including tough living conditions and environmental pollution.

These days the amount of rubbish has significantly increased.There is some reasons for that also, there is number of solution which should be implemented to by the government reduce this problem.

Education has the most important impact on our lives. We get our education since we are small. Some people would agree that children should get their education since they are small, others would disagree with that. In my view, I would strongly support that young children should spend their time playing because of few reasons.

Due to a remarkable increase in global tourism, it is believed by some people that foreign tourism brings positive impacts on local people and thus ought to be supported. In my opinion, international visitors should not be promoted owing to a number of problematic issues related to economy, environment, and culture.

Police and public clashes are reality of today's society as well as inevitable in some of the cases. Some districts of United States witnessed a 'curfew' in recent times and young people's movement had been restricted. Though it is a clamp down on civil librarties, my opinion is that, it is a necessary evil and need to be enforced in certain situations. This essay will support and develop the forementioned opinion.

Obesity is an increasingly growing issue in this generation. It is argued by some people that universities have to make sport mandatory for all degree courses in order to tackle weight issues among students. I completely agree on this decision and sport should be considered as a necessary subject.
