Many job advertisements are online, and people can apply for them quickly if they have internet. For example, websites like LinkedIn and Indeed allow people to upload their CVs and send applications directly to employers. Also, with a mobile phone, they can contact companies and attend interviews on apps like Zoom. Therefore, providing these tools can make a big difference for unemployed people.
