When time changes, the trend does change as well. People opt to go alone for any entertainment programme instead of doing those activities with other people or friends. Personally, this development is considered having more benefits than drawbacks in every aspect. There is an explanation to support the reasons.

Nowadays, it can be seen an upward trend in life expectancy among seniors. The society is separated into two groups. However, some people for the statement that the older population are opening numerous advantages for our society. In my opinion, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Besides, they have a lot of responsibilities and bills to pay, so, there is a lack of time to play sports and do physical exercise.
