The marketing dynamics today have become extremely conscious of selling a product. This phenomenon has caused the products to cater to materialistic appeal rather than catering to the consumer. The reason for such a market uprising is the cut-throat competition in the market. Products are competing to be better than other materials available. This has caused an evident negative impact on consumer behaviour.

Nowadays, more and more people prefer shopping online rather than physical shopping in stores. Some people think online shopping is a positive development, but in my opinion, I think shopping online is a negative development.

In contemporary society, countries become borderless and people’s migration is not a big deal at this moment. In fact, living overseas is one of the achievements for some people in today’s era where they can immerse themselves in a new world. However, having that experience is not always a good idea as it requires one to speak a foreign language which can lead to social problems as well as practical problems. I firmly agree with the stated notion that people overseas will get a culture shock as they mingle with new cultures together with having anxiety about getting involved with the locals.

A lot of Nation's educational institutions and hospitals are situated in town. Some individuals believe that every person should get the opportunity to work in their suitable areas, but others consider fresh teachers and doctors should participate in the village for some years. In this essay, I agree with a former view because of the country’s development.

Technology advancement has an impact on how people spend their leisure time. There is an argument stating the increasing number of modern technology usage makes the level of creativity downfall than before. In my opinion, I do not agree with this statement. Even though in fact, there are definitely changes in the way people entertain themselves due to technological advances, it does not mean humans will become less creative. Nowadays, technology enables us to learn new skills easily, and provides people with numerous platforms to encourage creativity.

In my opinion, this should be viewed as a negative development because the majority of alternatives are not good for health long term and they do not have evidence that cures a health issue.
