The origins of this situation seem to stem from several factors. The government supports high - education by subsidising facilities to encourage them to run a business. Therefore, individuals will find far more career progression and job prospects by being an entrepreneur. For example, the government lends them money and makes financial payments.

I am of the belief that possessing physical materials will not increase the level of happiness and will put individuals under financial stress.

In my opinion, the fees planning should consider both workers and infrastructure, because they are equally important for general well-being.
