Several humans have occupation forces on still for a long time at night,there are a lot of obstacles in this time like it’s difficult to spend more time with family especially if their kids,they will mess up their parents or go out with friends addition exhaust and lack sleeping ,the best a way to iron out the problem it is group ,the company or hospital doing change roles between employees such as each group two day a week maximum.
The number of people with disease or any health disorder who avoid regular treatment systems and try new ways instead is increasing these days. From my point of view, this approach is not a healthy and positive way to tackle health problems and it affects both the individuals and the community as a whole so, in this essay I will discuss the reasons supporting my opinion.
In a vast number of countries, people waste a lot of food. This problem can effortlessly be solved because it stems from two specific reasons.

I happen to live in a family of six members, including me. Our family comprises my parents, an elder sister, me, and two younger siblings.
