Some people believe that we cannot learn anything from the past for our life today, while others believe that history is a valuable source of information to understand human's life. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some individuals assume that there is nothing in history that can benefit the human's life as the modern society differs significantly in comparison with past ones; however, others believe that the past comprises valuable information to explore human's life as every new generation tends to repeat mistakes of previous ones. Both points of view will be discussed in this essay; additionally, I will give my opinion.

Fast food has become more common in recent years. Some people think that it has a negative effect on lifestyles and diets. Do you agree and disagree?

Yes, I completely agree with the idea that fast food has created lots of harmful effects on one’s living style and also on dietary habits. In the following paragraphs, I will put forth my arguments to support my view by stating few examples.

Television news contain more bad news nowadays. Some people say it is a negative development. Do you agree?

Some people think it is bad that there is more bad news on television. I disagree with that because this kind of news has an important role in educating people and meanwhile boosts the development of media under proper administration.

Rising university fees and scarce employment prospects for graduates have led some people to say that universities should not teach arts subjects, like philosophy and history, and only offer practical degree courses that maximise chances of employment. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In the present scenario, university fees are soaring, and employment opportunities are decreasing in the job market. I do not agree, with people who believe that subjects related to arts are irrelevant in today's competitive market and universities give more importance to practical courses which ensure job after finishing their course. Firstly, this essay will discuss the relevance of art subject in various high profile jobs, and secondly, it shed some light on why the practical course is not the only way to secure employment.

In many countries, there are an increasing number of private cars.What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend?

Owning a car is not only a privilege but also a necessity depending upon where he lives. Furthermore, as car manufacturers have started to manufacture more mainstream cars, the cost of owning one has been stagnant. Hence, car ownership has seen exponential growth in many countries. Having our own means of transportation is definitely advantageous, however, I believe it has more drawbacks than benefits.

Advertising has been of paramount importance for industries and companies. It is considered by many that support to a products’ sale is the main subject for commercials irrespective of society’s need. I believe that commercials simply interest in how to improve their profits. Some of them consider customer needs and appeal target audience,though.

Finding a good job has become a challenge that people all over the world has to be dealt with nowadays. Some people believe that, in order to get a good job, they should have a university degree while others think it is important to gain hands-on experience after the school education. In this essay, I will discuss both views and explain why university education is a more valuable factor to get a better job.

Many governments think that economic progress is their most important goal. Some people think, however, that other types of progress are equally important for a country. Discuss both these points of view and give your opinion.

Many people argue that economic development is what nations need most, whereas others believe that there are several signs of progress those matters a lot, and I think that environmental and healthcare are more important than any other development in the country, as it increases the life expectancy.

Most people have forgotten the meaning behind traditional or religious festivals; during festival periods, people nowadays only want to enjoy themselves. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

There are many people who believe that the bulk of the population doesn't pay attention to the sense behind cultural events and individuals only focus on how to entertain themselves during these special occasions. Actually, I agree with this point of view, as I have observed the importance of traditional or religious events diminishing in recent years. In my opinion, the main reason is that many people prefer to take holidays during these special days rather than spend time with their elder family members.

It has become a belief that young people should take work opportunities as they completed school and before entering university. This has both pros and cons however in my opinion I would believe it is more beneficial for the youth to gain some vocational training at their young age.

In this day and age, traffic congestion and accidents have become a topic of interest for a wide range of people around the world. Numerous people claim that central officials should invest more money in improving railways in order to address the problems that we are facing. From my perspective, I partly agree with this statement and suggest that governments should also pay attention to the current road system.

Throughout the world, it is inevitable to see schools with problematic teenagers. Some of these teenagers have problems in their families, and they often bring up those negative feelings to schools. These feelings are portrayed as violence or anger, causing severe problems to schools. In this essay, I will discuss the potential reason behind these acts and provide a resolution to them.

There are many concerned individuals who feel that spending a vast amount of money on space exploration is not worth it as compared to the benefits it brings, while others think that we must invest in scientific research irrespective of its finance. I completely agree with the latter statement, and in this essay, I will explain both sides of the topic.

Certain people believe that it is good to select friends who always agree with you, while others think that it is best to have a friend who sometimes has a different viewpoint. Although having a friend with a similar mindset helps to have a comfortable conversation. I believe that an occasional disagreement with close ones would be helpful to identify our own mistakes.

Over the years, many societies have been significantly impacted by immigration. The numbers of people migrating to developed countries are increasing continuously. This essay will examine how emigration results in positive developments while also present negative impacts of this phenomenon.
