When designing a building the most important factor is intended use of the building rather than its outward appearance. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

For quite a long time, high rise buildings have had been an integral part of any city. People have different opinions over the feasibility of the design. Usually, the most important question is what the exact purpose of the building is? But in some ,cases the overall look of the building also matters. This essay will explain the reason why in my opinion, it is vital to see the intention for the structure is being made instead of making it more attractive.

In many places, new homes are needed but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. Give your opinion with relevant exxamples..

There has been a rise in the demand for the development of new homes these days. Some people think that these should not be built in the countryside so that this area could be protected. However, I am of the view that these constructions are required in such areas to meet the demand of the increased population. This essay shall discuss how these developments can benefit both by providing homes to overpopulation and for the advancement of these areas.

With modernization happening in every part of the world, cities are expanding rigorously. This increased the option of people migrating to cities for better facilities. Some people prefer dwelling in the city while others like to stay in the countryside. This essay discusses both views and their benefits.

In some countries, parents teach their minors that they will be ab;e to accomplish anything if they will work hard. While there are various benefits of this method of upbringing, there are certain drawbacks as well. This essay will take a look at both sides.

Bringing in foreign workers to fill positions that domestic workers are unwilling to do can cause problems in the local community and should, therefore, be stopped. Do what extent do you agree with this.

The number of foreign workers is increasing day by day around the whole world, owing to the domestic society refuges some vacancies and it is causing some issues in the local community. Many people are worried, because hiring migrants to work , will decrease their job opportunities. I do not agree with that statement, because there are certain positions that may be filled up for foreigners.

Small businesses are unable to compete with supermarkets, which are rapidly developing in several countries. While some people believe that it is difficult for small businesses to stay in the market, others assume that it leads to the closure of local businesses. This essay will discuss both the arguments in-depth; however, in my opinion, modern buildings and comfortable services are both important for the new society; moreover, they have not yet wholly demolished the tiny business.

There are split views about, how government should use finance for the betterment of people. Some people believe that ministry spend money in faster communication of public whereas another group of thinkers support that head department of the country gives more importance to other impact-full things Like the environment, price etc. Both views have their own pros and cons. Therefore , before commenting on my opinion, both views must be discussed.

Intelligence is one the power of everybody's life, this can determine the man's future in order to people give the most important than others. However, some believe that cognitive is a natural one, while others think that it is not a big issue and we could develop our cognitive through learning. This essay discusses both viewpoints, I strongly agree with the former opinion for the following reasons.

It is true that students prefer to pursue academic studies rather than to follow vocational training courses. While I believe that graduates play a crucial role in society, I totally agree that we should encourage more people to qualify as plumbers, electricians, and other essential manual workers.

Much of the food people eat gets transported from farms thousands of miles away. Some believe it would be better for the environment and economy if people only ate food from local farmers. Would the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Technology is flourishing by leaps and bounds these days especially transportation and food industry, people can consume divergent types of snacks all around the world. However, some believe that people only consume the local meals from local farmers thus, this can assist the environment and boost the local economy. This essay discusses this trend has more benefits than demerits for the following reasons.

IIn modern times, professional players are well known to all generations of sports fans and beyond due to media coverage. However, some people believe that misbehaviour could be overlooked irrespective of the area for the sports personals who are playing well. In this essay, I will discuss my disagreement with this statement.

A person' s worth nowadays seems to be judged according to social status and material possessions. Old-fashioned values, such as honor, kindness and trust, no longer seem important. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Some people think that values such as honour and kindness have become unimportant and the only important thing is the amount of money a person has. I strongly disagree with this statement and I will prove it by explaining the reason and illustrating the importance of good values .

An increasing number of people nowadays are buying what they need online. What are the advantages and disadvantages for both individuals and companies to shopping online? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Online shopping has revolutionized the way we shop. Consequently, more and more people these days prefer purchasing products online over the traditional method of going to stores. This trend, however, exerts both positive and negative impacts on individuals and businesses as well.

Is there any value in studying academic subjects that are not useful in terms of generating wealth for the country?

The issue of teaching and learning academic studies in school is highly controversial. It is considered by the large part of society that studying Maths or Physics is a waste of time for most of the children. However, others believe that all the subjects in school are of equal importance and each of them can turn to become a profitable sphere of activity in future. I tend to agree with the last point as I`m convinced that there are no unnecessary disciplines.

Few individuals believe that animal species can be utilized in whatever ways for the gains of humans. However, others advocate that this behaviour on animals for the sheer needs of man should not be permitted. While animals largely serve the economic need of man, it is undoubtedly true that their total elimination jeopardizes the ecosystem.

Nowadays, there is an ongoing argument over keeping economic development by current natural resources. While one school of thought holds that in near future having enough energy and elements to sustain growth in the economy will be an issue for many governments , I fully believe that with other sources of energy either on our planet or other planets, making progress at a steady pace is possible for countries in the coming years

Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that many cities in the world are now ‘one big traffic jam.’ How true do you think this statement is? What measures can governments take to discourage people from using their cars?

Over the past three decades, there has been a tremendous amount of individuals possessing an automobile.This phenomenon has caused numerous cities in the world to turn into “one big traffic jam”. From my perspective, I totally agree with the statement, as there are several solutions that the government may take into consideration to discourage their citizens from driving cars.

Large companies including multi-national corporate firms are flourishing far and wide. Some people enjoy working in big firms expecting a huge income and financial stability. However, there are those who believe that economic and job prospects are low when working in large firms and I do have the same opinion.

With the improvements in today’s health care, society has to care for more and more elderly people. Do you feel that society will be able to cope with the increase in numbers of elderly people today and how can it be managed?

It is believed that society has the responsibility to deal with aged people's health care. I agree with this statement.

Many people believe that social networking sites ( such as Facebook) have had a huge negative impact on both individuals and society. To what extent do you agree?

It is argued that social media is able to harm and have numerous effects on not only households but also communities. Even though I agree that online sites are, somehow, able to harm people, there also are various positives to this. Both sides will further be discussed in the following essay for my opinion.
