In some countries,more and more people are becoming interested in finding out about the history of the house or building they live in. What are the reasons for this? How can people research this?

Nowadays,in many countries,the majority of citizens are likely required to know and find out about the background of their living place.Some people believe that understanding the importance of their house or the structure in the past is the best way to take care of their building.In order to know how it is essential,there are two main methods.The following cases and examples below will support my point of view.

Some people think that governments in developing countries should introduce new technologies to people in order to improve the quality of life, while others believe that in order to achieve that governments should offer free education for all. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

For the last decade, scientists have harnessed new technology to help people have a convenient life. Consequently, most people these days need newly invented devices to do their tasks. Opinions are divided as to whether governments should impose some measures to get everyone educated about using developed technology or not. As far as I am concerned, people should have the ability to work with cutting-edge technology, but nonetheless, it should not be the governments' responsibility.

In recent years, there has been a considerable rise in crimes committed by young people in cities. What has caused this ? What solutions can you suggest ?

It must be accepted that nowadays, there has been a significant increase in episodes of offences committed by the young ,especially in urban areas. This is a fearful situation.There are many reasons for such a situation; however, a few product suggestions can solve the situation to a large extent. The causes and the measures are discussed further.

Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective?

Nowadays the world is facing massive transportation problems. This is due to an increase in traffic and the air contamination associated with it. It is often argued that the most effective solution to such constraints could be increasing the price of petrol. Personally, I believe this is an excellent approach to tackle the issue since it will encourage folk to travel in a more efficient way .

Do you think businesses should hire employees who will spend their entire lives working for the company? Explain why do you agree or disagree. Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Nowadays, it can be seen clearly that companies tend to hire candidates who are willing to give their entire career to the company. In my opinion, I agree that having loyal employees benefits the company while this procedure might bring some detrimental effects for the sake of the workers.

Some people believe that it is important to give gifts and presents to friends and family to show that we care about them. Others think that there are better ways to show affection to them. Discuss both the view and give your opinion.

It is a tradition, in most cultures, to give presents to others to show affection. However, there are numerous other ways to show our love and respect, for example, spending time together, talking to each other, helping each other, etc. Some people think that it is still very important to give gifts and presents. On the contrary, others questioned the importance by suggesting better ways to show our affection. In this essay, both sides will be discussed and I will try to draw a conclusion at the end.

Many people work long hours, leaving very little time for leisure activities. Does this situation have more advantages or more disadvantages

In today's competitive world, people are ready to compromise their personal activities to safeguard their job. A number of folks spend more time in the office but they failed to involve in other activities. They believe that involving more in employment will give good career opportunities and earn a high salary. On the other hand, They will suffer health-related issues and have no point to spend with their loved ones ,especially family. This essay will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of choosing a job over personal life.

Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language has serious social and practical problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the opinion?

Nowadays relocating to a different nation has become common,this is why there is a thought that living in a state that communicates in languages that are unfamiliar to your tongue may be problematic when it comes to socialism and self-expression.This essay will totally agree with this idea because there are usually communication barriers and its natives may be unfriendly.

In current years more people like to spend their lives doing the same activity or work and they prefer to do it. But some people think that changing their work is better than doing only one activity during their lifetime. My essay will examine the views in the upcoming paragraph.

In this day and age, Solar power is increasing in popularity around the globe.The unlimited stamina source is essential to the citizens of the planet earth due to the number of people are rising dramatically in the last two decades. From my perspective, It has more pros than cons of the renewable source at the present time.

Nowadays some people believe that learning about history is not necessary for school and students should learn about subjects like science and technology. Whereas, some people say that it is important to learn history. I generally believe it is true that students should learn about contemporary subjects such as science and technology more than history.

Nowadays,many countries have a considerable number of young generations more than a number of elderly people.In my opinion,this trend has more benefits than drawbacks.The following cases and examples will help support my point of view.

Some people believe that research of medicines should be directly based on human trial. Is this the right way give your opinion and discuss its advantages and disadvantages.

Generally, medicine trials are performed on animals or by computer-based examination before applying to individuals, except for those which are a non-serious impact on human beings. While a certain group of people are in favour of all new trials should straightly apply to the end-users suffering from the disease, whereas, it has some pros and cons. However, I am fully disagreeing with the viewpoint of the direct test on human life.

The government of various nations owes the citizens a duty to provide substantial medical services for free. Although some may argue, I am in total support of this view. This essay will provide detailed reasons why countries should aid the people with free medical treatments.

Part of the public believes that providing worldwide sports events in the owner country is applicable, others claim that it affects negatively. This essay will discuss why such events play a huge role in the country's development, and why others consider as a waste of an enormous amount of money. I partially agree with the statement and explain why it is good to provide international events, although it has some drawbacks.

People in power spend each year billions of dollars on exploring the cosmos and looking for any signs. However, some people think that another public issue should be a priority and these expenses are redundant. I completely disagree that, because exploring or voyaging area has commercial benefits in a long run, moreover they will be reduced war between the countries and masked a more peaceful world.

It is argued that for searching lies on different planets the authority is consuming a platform while many individuals believe that government have to pay more capital on the issues of the general public, rather than wasting it on space projects. Although space exploration assists people to gain knowledge about other planets I still believe that government should focus on other problems such as poverty education and transportation.

One way to deal with this issue is to raise the price of petrol in order to manage the volume of cars in big cities. I am in favour of this point of view and support my view with some examples and draw a conclusion.

It is considered by some people that in order to activate and discourage employees to work hard,it is the best way to provide income that relies on the quantity of their ability to generate and sell.In my opinion,I strongly agree that this method could be practical for most companies.The following cases and examples will help support my point of view.
