As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work. Job satisfaction is an important element of individual well being. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

It is evident that most humans devote a lot of time to the job field during their conscious life, so, in this way, activity gratification is a necessary part of people welfare. Consequently, a big wage is a valuable reason in order to achieve work satisfaction. I strongly believe that newbie workers have a clear understanding of their future workflow because universities suggest a lot of employment opportunities.

Also, punishment is a mirror of law or sentence in the world that useful for foster children.

I contend that the benefits of taking a gap year can be superior to the drawbacks.

It is sometimes believed that the justice system should get on as tough on young offenders as on mature criminals. In my opinion, even though treatment should be commensurate to the offence, it still should take into account the lack of maturity and therefore, the consequential vulnerability of juveniles.
