In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

Many people today value owning their own home over renting. Whilst the majority of Egyptians prefer owning their house, in the developed countries they prefer to rent rather than own because of affordability factors, property taxes, and maintenance costs. I am of the belief that renting homes are better than owing and I think that it’s a negative situation to insist on owing properties. Both aspects will be further explained below.

In recent years, the question of whether the government should restrict the investment of foreign companies has been receiving a great deal of public attention. From my point of view, the investment of foreign companies in our country has both advantages and disadvantages, the authorities should consider both of these aspects.

Over the last half centuries, the pace of change in the life of human beings has increased beyond our wildest expectations. This change has been driven by the booming breakthroughs in sports and art field. Consequently, people are now more encouraged to enter these two fields. But success in both of these fields needs hard work and determination. However, it is being suggested that only people with inherent talent can become successful in sports or art field. Contrastingly, some individuals claim that a person can become a good player or artist through learning. This essay will focus on the different perspective regarding how a person can be successful in sports and art field and why I believe that success in sports and art can be gained through both talent and learning.

In number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway line for very fast trains between cities. Others believe that money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both the views and give your opinion. 3795421818

When the topic of spend money on transport arises, there are divided opinions. Some are of the viewpoint that it is required to spend a large amount of economy on the train transportation by developing a new railway line between the two districts for fast trains. Whereas, a few others differ this and state that budget should be spent on other public transport mode. Therefore, ahead of my opinion, both the sides are discussed in the ensuing paragraphs.

Some people think that it would be better for large companies and industry to move to regional areas outside large urban centers. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Some would argue that it is better to set up large organizations in the countryside rather than the urban area. This essay will argue that regardless of some drawbacks of relocating business centres in the countryside such as high cost of a product, having big corporations in a province far outweigh any supposed disadvantages because it is highly beneficial for companies in the area of cost reduction.

Nowadays, there is a colossal upsurge that experience is highly demanded in the companies as compared to the theoretical knowledge in the nation. For many people, if the individual has an expertise, they will get the job easier. While other believes that education is must to gain valuable training. However, there are both pros and cons to decide to do this. In this essay, I will discuss some of the reasons why practice is necessary and some of the challenges to be overcome.

It is believed that offspring should be motivated by their parents to attend social groups to do different activities in their spare time whereas another group thinks children should spend their time solo and keep themselves busy. I agree with the social activities belief and I will talk about both views.

Some people think that to produce a happier society is to ensure that there is only a small difference on the earnings of the richest and the poorest members. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is evident that there are various issues faced in today’s world that causes unhappiness. Then what makes us happy in this community? Some people believe that there should only be a small difference in earnings between the rich and poor for many to be satisfied. Yet, in order to ensure happiness in the society, we too, need to consider other factors such as racial discrimination and the importance of facilities the government provides in the country. To say that enabling a small difference in earns between the rich and poor is true, however, I strongly agree to a certain extent.

Housing is one of the basic need of any human being. Everyone wants to have a house either an apartment or a villa. During the urbanization, governments have approved to build the high-rise building in order to accommodate the need for a growing population, whereas some of the governments have chosen the independent houses. I will discuss both the solutions in the following text.

In the last few years, social media has taken the world by storm. This development has given the liberty to younger children to use the internet in different forms with less restrictions in any part of the world. This surely has a negative impact in the long run. There are a few ways to control the web access which will be discussed in the essay below.

When it comes to urbanization, some people believe that it is more beneficial for citizens if companies' headquarters and big factories move outside cities. While there are some negative consequences stemming from this act, I believe that its benefits are more critical than its drawbacks.

The tuition of higher education has increased for several decades; as a result, choosing a college major has become a life-changing decision for incoming college students. New college students often choose their field of study based on a range of criteria, including personal interests and the popularity of the potential jobs in the market. I mostly align with the view that while choosing the major, students should mainly consider their strength and interests for two reasons; however, I do concede that before making the decision, some students need to also consider the prospect of their jobs in the market

The status of the animals in the modern society has become a controversial topic, dividing individuals into two main groups. Some of them consider that they have the right to use the animals for various reasons such as work, research or as a source of food. On the other hand, others believe that animals should not be exploited and moreover they should be granted similar rights to humans. I partially agree with this argument and this essay will analyse both views before reaching a conclusion.
