There is a big controversy about experts and professionals and the location where they work in it among members of society. However, common sense believes that they have the obligation to choose where to work freely, while others think that the working of these professionals should be limited to where they're trained . Personally, I believe that choosing a place their work is their right and working at a specific location shouldn't be mandatory. This essay will evaluate both views and the personal views of the author regarding the given topic.

Goverments should spend money on railways rather than roads. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Allocating a budget for transportation fields such as building railways and road systems is important in every place due to society's needs. Although the field in which the government should spend their money is debatable, I agree that spending the funds to build a railway system would give much more benefit to societies than allocating to the road organization.

Nowadays with the advances in technology, people would rather live in cities instead of the countryside. Hence, the population in cities has risen and it has fallen in the rural areas. I believe it is a negative development due to the increasing air pollution in big cities and growing the average age of the small towns which can cause more gaps in facilities between them and cities in the next years.
