People, nowadays tend to have children at older ages. Do the advantages of the outweighs the disadvantage?

Nowadays, people prefer giving birth when they are mature. However, having an heir at an older age can result in to delay in conception, it helps parents to be financially buoyant to enable them to meet the needs of their children and also enables them to chase their ambitions which I think outweighs the disadvantages of difficulty in childbearing because this can be resolved by new medical interventions such as, in vitro fertilization. This essay will explain why the advantages supercedes the disadvantage with relevant examples and a logical conclusion will be drawn.

People should only concentrate on a single skill for life because it is the best way to succeed. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Some people think that focusing on just one skill permanently is the best way method to achieve success. Although lifelong devotion to a unique skill is absolutely important to prosper, I firmly believe that being an expert in diverse aspects offers more certainty to being successful.

The quality of living has evolved between generations. It is believed that the standard of living in the former centuries is not greater than in the latest century. I completely agree with this view because globalization and technology in the modern era are engaging in people’s lives.

Some people assert that the extinction of endangered creatures is the most essential environmental problem. Others believe that there are more vital issues than the aforementioned ones. I am truly concerned that water contamination is the main challenge that should be overcome since it poses a great threat to people`s lives.

People have different views on whether individuals should stay in a negative mood when meeting an uncheerful thing or think positively and make efforts to change their perspectives. While there are some benefits to accepting the unhappy experience, I do believe that working hard to turn the situation is much more meaningful.

With the rapid increase of population and also poverty crimes are skyrocketing across the countries. To eliminate this detrimental issue few folk believe that posting a rapid number of police on the streets may help. I believe that until individuals show responsibility for society and governments impose strict punishments for wrongdoing, all these requirements will be a temporary solution.

Currently, high crime rates have concerned many countries. While some people say that reinforcing police activity on streets would be the only option to prevent crimes, others argue that several measures could also help with this. In most parts of the world, communities are well paid. Some believe that providing good wages to workers is beneficial to the country. In this contemporary world, diseases are being increased rapidly. So there are humans who claim that researching and curing disease is too expensive as a result, they opine that it is better to take preventive measures as it is considered affordable. In my opinion, I partially agree with this statement. In this essay, I will discuss more about it and will extend my support for the latter view.

Nowadays, there are a number of high-profile innovations in farming based on scientific research, most notably in the use of chemicals and genetic modifications of crops. I agree that scientific developments have made a great benefit to world agriculture such as genetic modifications or decreased chemical use, but we also need to be aware of the consequences.

When the internet becomes more and more popular, it helps people to purchase things easier through online shopping. Some people may argue that it will replace physical outlets one day in the future. There are many phases in the human soul where at some part the variation is important. However, many people are unwelcoming to adapt to something new but others oppose. I believe that the new generation is more willing to diversify the atmosphere they live in while older folk like to live in the same environment. It is said that the era of vehicles with drivers will eventually reach its end and in the future people travel with driverless means of transportation. Although there are some negative sides to this trend, I think that the benefits are far more.

Some people support the idea that universities have to accept the same amount of male and female students. But others think that there is not any difference, and universities should not be bothered about the genders of their students. It is agreed that there is not any difference between the two sexes in the academic world. Because people should be accepted to colleges or other educational places according to their abilities and future purposes towards their careers. Also, I would like to mention that there are professions which are popular specifically among females and males.

These days, many teenagers dedicate themselves in volunteers in community work. Some assert that this development brings benefits to both children and the community. In my point of view, I strongly agree with this belief for two key reasons. Firstly, they can build a wide range of skills and knowledge bases, which are essential for their future lives, and secondly, the community can provide more services to many people who want them.

There are several thoughts circulating in society, the majority of individuals believe that youngsters should concentrate on their studies from the start of education is more concern. Few members assume that spending more time on sports is most important rather than studying. I agree with the first statement and I shall discuss my reasons in the forthcoming paragraph.

It is debated by many people that living in a city is becoming more stressful and anxious compared to living in a small town or a suburb. Further, the people who support this idea also agree that living in the city does not particularly have many advantages. I agree with the idea to a certain extent that the competitive and fast-paced city life for sure has a lot of pressure but I also feel it has its fair share of advantages to grow and succeed.
