In recent times, the workplace is generally shifting towards an open-plan design with aesthetically pleasing spaces enclosing rows of desks stretching as far as the eye can see, coworkers solving problems over coffee in beautifully decorated. There are advantages and disadvantages of this trend and I believe it's important to highlight its many benefits.

In most countries, hard drug consumption is gradually increasing and becoming a style statement in society. Over usage of such drugs has alarmed respective authorities to be stringent and impose regulations on its sale and usage. In my opinion, for the welfare of ,people such laws are needed which covers hard drugs plus other variables such as tobacco and alcohol.

There is the trend that changing living locations from villages to cities for getting a job, the trend is becoming the reason of a number of problems cities and villages have confronted. Cities’ populations are increased observably because migrated people from other sites in Mongolia, particularly countryside villages. Overcrowded inhabitants are creating new residential areas without any permission. These areas are caused countless issues, such as pollution of ground, homelessness and crimes etc.
