These days, human resources are one of the essential assets in any organization. Besides, loyalty in work is another issue for each company. Consequently, people argue that employees tend to change their occupations frequently, and the number of people who want to work in one company has decreased. Now I want to explain why this drawback exists and what solution can be offered.
