In some countries owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this a positive or negative situation?

It is undeniable that good accommodations are one of very important for people, in some countries, buying a home is better than renting a home. From my point of view, I think that in some countries, people gain more advantages from buying a home such as tax deduction, and I think that owning a home has both positive and negative situations, outlined in the following paragraph.

Some people believe it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Many people claim that when there is a satisfying circumstance, the best approach is to accept it, while others feel that trying to make it better is preferable. In my perspective, although accepting your situation in life may be pragmatic in some cases, it is still better to at least make an attempt to overcome the negatives maybe it will become a better solution.

Currently there is a trend towards the use of alternative forms of medicine. However at best these methods are ineffective, and at worse they may be dangerous. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Traditionally, medicine was prescribed in a form of herbal remedies or tonics. These practices are well known and popular even today. Some people opine that even the best alternative forms of medicine are not as good as modern western medicine and can cause a great degree of harm. I agree with this statement and will elaborate my perspectives on both sides in the subsequent paragraphs and illustrate why modern medicine is still prefered.

In some countries, more and more people are becoming interested in finding out about the history of the house or building they live in. What are the reasons for this? How can people research this?

People’s interest in getting to know the history of the area they are living in is increasing. It could be with the intention of refurbishing the residence (some places have several years, therefore things are going to fail at some point and it’s better to be prepared), knowing who lived there before, etc. The internet provides a lot of facilities, as well as word, that’s why is easier than ever to contact different people or neighbours to get info.

In today's world, primary schools include many subjects in their curriculum. However, some people feel that the arts and music should be taught from the first years, only natural science and mathematics should be. Personally, I completely agree. In this modern busy world, it is generally claimed that students should be allowed to specialise in only one field,on the other hand, the majority of people believe that pupils should learn a wide range of subjects.Personally,I would agree with the second group and I will explain my reasons in the following paragraphs.

It is considered by some people that a person can be motivated by many things to keep their job, and others believe that income is the main reason. I personally agree that money is very essential to keep someone in their job. However, the possibility to grow in the working area also plays a significant role as a motivation for someone to keep their position in the company.

Several representatives of modern society deem that it is better to take exercises across the gym whereas others allege that outdoor activities are more beneficial. From my perspective, it can not be denied that these statements are composed of a fraction of the truth. Therefore, I am going to reflect on this essay my own view of such an issue and to provide strong arguments, which confirm my core opinion.

Due to the advancement of technology,individuals prefer purchasing goods through online platforms and this will lead to the closure of offline stores in the near future.I certainly agree with this statement.Moreover,Firstly this essay will look at the advantages of shopping on the online platform and secondly,I will explain to diminish traffic problems online shopping will be more emphasised.I would like to explicate my views in the upcoming paragraphs.

Many experts opine that a foreign language should be taught at primary school rather than secondary school. This is better for children to learn other languages apart from their mother tongue. From my point of view ,I believe the benefits of this trend are more than its drawbacks.
