With the rapid advancement of communication technology, eg, smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, some people believe that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a growing concern that the increasing number of high-technology gadgets associated with the proliferation of the communication industry poses threats rather than having positive effects. While I acknowledge a few possible adverse effects, I believe the advantages of this phenomenon override its disadvantages.

Food can be produced much more cheaply today because of improved fertilizers and better machinery. However, some of the methods used to do this may be dangerous to human health and may have negative effects on local communities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this present world, due to a surge in the population numbers, there has been a steep increase in the demand for food. As a result, the agricultural sector to meet the demands of the people at a low price, farmers have started using advanced machinery and more efficient fertilizers for faster growth of plants. I completely agree that these techniques are hazardous and cause significant damage to human health. In this essay, I will highlight a few points to prove my negative view of this.

It is certainly true that jobs are being done by both parents these days. Advertisements one become part of today's media whether it is print or digital. Group of some people believe ads inspire them to buy things which are not in real need at that moment while some think advertisements are a good source of knowledge regarding new technology. I personally agree with this statement.

Many people believe that entertainers, such as actors, musicians and athletes are overpaid. In fact, they are paid way more than people with other types of jobs, but whether is it fair or not is a debatable question. Although I value their careers, I agree that in most cases they are overpaid for their work. The question is, why they earn so much more than other people?

In the contemporary world, to reside in an apartment or in a house, it is the biggest challenge of everyone. It gives respect to the community. In my opinion, I prefer to own an individual house rather than an apartment, because it involves more merits rather than demerits.

In my opinion, not all the effects of this phenomenon have been positive, though there are certainly some advantages. The increasing cost of university tuition and insufficient graduate job opportunities, it is frequently argued that higher academic institutes should focus solely on degree courses which are practical rather than artistic subjects. I strongly disagree with this point of view, as I believe that these subjects can instil valuable critical thinking skill which is able to make beneficial contributions to society as a whole.
