Consequently, many people have been put at risk of diabetes or heart diseases worldwide.

In these days, some individuals believe that their condo should be constructed same as the former local style, whereas others want to build their shelter based on their preference. From my viewpoint, the house should be artistically erected without geographical restriction.

Effective communication is the main aim of any television program or newspaper. To communicate, most of the time, they use pictures along with the words. Many are of the view that these pictures have more effect as compared to words. Though the importance of words cannot be ignored, I completely agree with the view that by using pictures, one can interact in an efficacious manner.

In today's fast paced world, people have no idea what they are missing in their life while working for what they want in their life. As people are losing the essence of a social life and, devoting their all time to their work. Whereas, I believe people have to maintain the balance between working as well as social life in order to enjoy the invaluable moments of their life.

Governments should not have to provide care or financial support for elderly people because it is the responsibility of each person to prepare for retirement and support him or herself. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Some people argue that, the government should not provide the personal care and the financial support to their elderly people in the country, where they explained that, it's an each person's responsibility to have their retirement fee to support themselves. I strongly disagree with this statement, hence the government should not ignore them, as everyone will not have the opportunity to obtain a retirement fee.

It is often argued that it is ok to have exclusive jobs for men or women, some others have the opposite view and believe that men and women should have equal opportunities when applying for a job. This essay is going to disagree with the belief that Job vacancies should be restricted to either gender. The reason for this is Job fairness, diversity and the probability of losing talented applicants.

As the rate of teenage offences has been increasing in many nations. Some people suggest that minor criminals should be sentenced at the same as adults. From my perspective, I completely disapprove with this statement for several reasons. The idea with my own opinion together will be further discussed and elaborated in this essay.

Some people think that new houses should not be built on the pattern of old houses so that modern technologies and latest fashion can be utilized in latest construction. Others believe that new and old houses should have the same form to ensure uniformity in the development of a city. I am in accord with the former view.

As far as we know, working with ourselves is much more comfortable than being forced by another person. In the modern-day, many people decide to work by self-employed, rather than to work for a company or organisation. In the following paragraphs, the cause of this viewpoint and the negative effect of being self-employed will be discussed in detail.

People believe that in order to reduce road accidents it should be mandatory for drivers to retake the driving test every 3 years. Do you agree or disagree with the above statement?

There is no doubt that road accidents have increased in vast numbers across the globe. Some people are of the opinion that recurring the driving test of the drivers after every quarter of the year will help minimize road accidents. However, I completely disagree with the above statement and believe that road infrastructure should be improved and people should follow traffic rules to reduce these accidents.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. Moral values are vital to be learned to youngsters at the formation age, and some people believe that punishment is essential to teach children those things. In my opinion, I totally agree with teaching our new generation the right and wrong; however, I am not supporting the idea of punishing them to learn.

Marriage is an important milestone in the life of every man and woman. Some might think to have a big wedding ceremony as it represents a good sign for starting the bond between the husband and wife. Others might think a fancy wedding is like throwing money down the drain. I agree with those who argue that spending a lifetime savings on the wedding is a complete waste. This is because the newly married couple can have a better honeymoon and can put the money in long-term investment for their future kids.

“Prevention is better than cure” Researching and treating diseases is too costly so it would be better to invest in preventive measures. To what extent do you agree?

Being proactive is always safer than dealing with the fallout of any particular issue. In my opinion, I agree that learning about and, the subsequent treatment of illnesses is expensive, therefore investing in precautionary procedures would be more valuable. However, there is still need for research and invention of cures, vaccines and methods.

While few people agreed with this statement, others, however, opposed that there are more sectors that are vital for the country's sake. These both sides of the topic will be addressed as follows and I would like to suggest my own points of view.
