Human beings all over the world, usually like to go tours, if they get a vacation. Some go to holy tour like visiting temples, historically devotional places, whereas some others try to explore the world through going to unique locations, travelling by two-wheeler, etc. Nowadays, more people wish to tour to deserts like Sahara or the Antarctica and camping there. Here comes a need to analyse both the side of coins. This essay goes through a fine view of the pros and cons of touring to such places.

The increasing number of new mothers in the labour force accounts for much of the growth in female employment over the last 30 years. However, the time mothers can nurture their infants without losing their job have sparked a controversial debate about whether the outcomes are more positive or negative. From my personal standpoint, the benefits of staying a long period are far greater than the drawbacks.
