IN MY OPINION, I FEEL THAT, GOVERNMENTS SHOULD CREATE ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMMES AND HIRE COMPETITIVE PEOPLE SINCE THERE ARE PROBLEMS THAT COULD HAPPEN TO A CERTAIN EXTENT.
