Nowadays, more people are interested in doing some research to find out about the history of the properties they live in. This could be due to the apparition in newspapers of stories about “ghost” houses in the last years. Another reason could be that new owners are more involved in getting to know the place where they live. Besides this, two common options to do some research are going to the library as well as asking directly the neighbours about the place.

However, there are some other aspects which need to be fulfilled to make a movie successful such as casting and story.
