In my opinion, I believe that although people tend to choose similar careers based on their gender preferences and common traits, there are always exceptions. As a result, many people are talented in fields that gender roles define as the opposite of their sex. Also, entrance to a job should be according to individual merits and competencies.

These days, in some countries the young generations after finishing high school leave their families' houses to the sharing houses or live individually. However, many people do not pay attention to this because they solely depend on energy for their living, and using energy has made their lives faster and easier. To solve this problem, the government should arrange campaigns to raise awareness among the public, and children should learn to minimize the use of energy from their childhood.

The rise in people’s life expectancy has caused youngsters to start their careers at such a young age to avoid working longer in the future for their retirement fund. On one hand, starting a career sooner can be beneficial due to the better performance youngsters have at performing tasks. On the other hand, uncontrollable emotions shown by young people can be dangerous at work. I personally agree with the latter statement because employing young people with such mental instability can be risky.
