For centuries, human actions have persistently jeopardized the natural environment. While some argue that these harmful activities are irreversible, others remain optimistic that the natural habitat can still be rescued through timely and effective remedial strategies. I believe that governments must implement decisive measures to mitigate environmental degradation, as the potential for changing human behaviour could significantly improve the situation. This essay will explore why some people are pessimistic about environmental recovery, while others, including myself, remain hopeful.
