In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is like a dream come true for people to own a house. However, the increase in house rents and values at an alarming rate is making people feel terrible to buy a house. So, either it may be a positive situation or a negative situation depends upon the position a person is present in and also on the financial support he has.

News editors decide that to broadcast on television and what to print in newspapers. What factors do you think influence these decisions? Do we become used to bad news? Would it be better if more good news was reported?

Today, as we might be aware most of the news provided by newspapers, television, social media or even radio mostly contained negative news, namely, corruption, war, killing, rape or pandemic. Basically, the news editors of media companies are responsible to decide whether or not news should be published publicly. Most of the time, the news will decide based on the substance of the news, engagement level and the market needs by the editors. Nevertheless, I am of the opinion that bad or negative news is not always bad. On the other hand, the good news is not always good as well.

Some people say that the advertisements extremely successful at persuading us to buy things, others think advertisements is so common that we no longer pay attention to it. Discuss both the views and give your opinion.

Advertisement could be considered as a major factor to intend on whoever sees it. It is commonly seen that this kind of marketing field is significant, but some believe more in the power of uniqueness.Both these sides would be discussed in detail and an appropriate opinion would be given.

Some believed that people nowadays should live a normal life instead of achieving good health and fitness through physically demanding sports, a special diet, or preventative medicine. I partly disagree with this opinion

Now days more and more people buy and use their own cars . Do you think the advantage of this trend for individual outweigh its disadvantages for the environment ??

Nowadays most people use their private vehicle such as cars, bikes. This has its own individual way of style and is a comfortable place to drive in. Some people prefer public transport, as it is so economic and it is also good for the environment. I will illustrate all the advantages and the disadvantages of using individual cars in the below paragraphs.

Some people think that higher institutions should concentration more on academic subjects such as history and the physical sciences, while others think that they should concentrate more on practical subjects such as car mechanics and cookery, and so on. The subjects provided by higher institutions such as high school and universities often trigger controversies because skills that students can acquire affect significantly their life. While some consider that higher institutions should offer academic subjects, others state that schools should provide courses centring on practical skills. This essay addresses both points of view and the reason why I believe higher institutions concentrate more on academic subjects.

Nowadays,teachers have more influence than parents on their intellectual and social development. For many children school has become a second home as they spend more time in school than at home. However, the parents play an important role too .In this essay, I will discuss some of the reasons why I agree with the above statement.

In the future all cars, buses and trucks will be driverless. The only people traveling inside these vehicles will be passengers. Do you think advantages of driverless vehicles outweigh the disadvantages?

In recent years, self-driving cars have become the first priority for many big companies. While some believe that in the future most people will use those self-driving cars to commute in or out of the cities, it seems to me that the drawbacks of this technology far outweigh its benefits.

It is vital for adolescents to acquire a knowledge of good and bad at a premature age. Penalizing is compulsory in order to teach toddlers the same.

In this day and age playing with a digital device such as smartphones became a major leisure activity among people. The reason is its easy accessibility to friends which make a person always busy (not to be alone) and also various type of application in any background. In my perspective, the advantages of this outweigh its disadvantage.

These days, TV and the Internet are essential factors associated with everyone's life. Moreover, kids' conduct is influenced by them more than their family. From my point of view, I agree with this statement because their parents are busy throughout the day, and television and websites have interesting programs.

In this day and age, some people assume that teleworking is beneficial to employees but it is completely opposite to employers. From my perspective, employers are able to take full advantage of working from home.

The vast majority of people believe that companies should not care about their employee dress code but they must be concerned about the quality of work that has been done. This essay agrees with such a viewpoint and firstly it will discuss a change in the professional environment and secondly, we have to admit that sometimes dress codes should exist for a good reason in certain professions.

It is true that some parents are panic about video games ,Tv and other types of entertainment in children free time.In my opinion,the repercussions of this issue will lead to low concentration in a child's academics and lack of social bonding whereas there are some measures that can be adopted to deter this problem.

Construction of new railway lines for fast trains between towns, many people think it worth to spending large sums of money to develop public transportation and some people believe that it is unnecessary to spend on other public transport. In this essay I will discuss both views and give my opinion.

However, some residents argued that it would be better if the technology were simpler. Nowadays, technology such as Artificial Intelligence(AI) was developed gradually over time to be used instead in some human works but it is not every work that is why people have to compete with other people more than in the past. So if you want to get your job, you have to be outstanding but I believe that both types of people, regardless of young people or older people have the potential to make profits for their companies.

Fossil fuels (coal, oil, natural gas) are the main sources in many countries, but in some countries the use of alternative sources of energy (wind energy and solar energy) are encouraged. To what extent do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Although many parts of the world still consider fossil fuels to be their primary sources of energy, there is an increasing number of countries resorting to alternative sources to serve their energy demands. While a shift towards utilizing solar or wind energy such a trend would cause some problems, I am convinced that the overall impact has been tremendously positive.
