Over the last half-century, life expectancy across the world has been rising as a result of better quality healthcare. This means that today we have an ageing population. On the face of it, living longer seems to be a good thing – after all, nobody really wants to die! – but a decent old age depends on health and wealth.

So people have started thinking that financial aid must be substituted with other forms of assistance. I strongly believe in the latter point of view. Some are of the opinion that the idea of gathering data relating the employee's marital status, their hobbies etc. by the employers is reasonable and fruitful while others do not confide in this. I also accord with this new approach.

In my opinion, I totally agree with this solution because of some below reasonable explanations.
