It is argued that, in some countries rejecting an applicant's resume by a company owner depending on his/her age is illegitimate. In my opinion, employers are not able to clarify an amateur's talents on their age without knowing their experience and knowledge.

While many people recognize the importance of having access to public parks, others argue that this space could better serve communities by developing housing or businesses there. Although it is undeniable that such properties would create jobs and boost the local economy, I would argue that the green space in cities serves an equally important purpose in local people’s lives and that neighborhood parks can be maintained while also being used to generate revenue for cities.

While some people suggest the tuition fee for university study should be bared by individuals, since they are expected to have a higher income as a reward, I tend to agree with those who have opposite opinions, since free education for advanced studies could not only minimize the difference between rich people and those in poverty but enhance the competitiveness of a society as a whole.

Nowadays, a tendency to relocate from rural regions to more urbanized areas is becoming popular among the native population. It leads to a fall in the population of towns and villages. In my opinion, it is a negative phenomenon, because this action can destroy the economy and cultural heritage.

Today, an individual's importance is measured based on his or her social caliber and earthly possessions while qualities like being honourable, showing kindness and being dependable are considered archaic and non-essential. I emphatically agree with this opinion because many people who do not deserve positions are gaining power and only the rich and wealthy get to be role models today.

Despite the numerous positive outcomes associated with alternative treatments, I contend that pursuing such treatments can cause more harm than benefits.

In the new generations, almost all countries strive to enhance their economic rate by minimizing the portion of living, while others have been saying some individual values will lost. Personally, the advantages of enhancing the grade of living are higher than the disadvantages. This essay will suggest that I feel that for two reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
