Processed food items and synthetic sweeteners have garnered significant attention and criticism with regard to their effects on health, yet they continue to comprise a substantial portion of many individuals' diets. To mitigate this concern, several proposals have been put forth, one of which involves elevating the cost of these products, with the aim of promoting healthier food choices. In my estimation, this solution is credible, considering the potential impact it could have on dietary habits and the existence of case studies that attest to its effectiveness.
