The importance of focusing on practical subjects at schools is highly recommended for some people, while others support and recognize traditional subjects. In this essay, both perspectives will be discussed and at the end of the essay, I'll share my viewpoint.

The restoration of old building in major cities in the world costs enormous government expenditure. This money should be used in new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued, that the government should use money to contrast new infrastructures and housing societies instead of expending this money to restore the old buildings in the cities.In this essay, I will discuss both aspects as well as my opinion regarding this is that money should be used for the development of new houses and roads.

There is no denying the fact that children should live with their parents and this is a crucial thing to grow healthy and for their mentally stable. however, there is an argument saying that kids must leave their family house for many reasons, while others want them to stay even when they become adults. This essay will analyse this topic from both points of view and express my opinion in the end.

This essay will discuss both perspectives and explain why I think these events hold significant value.

Plenty of large cities have an issue with traffic jams. These days many cities face daily traffic issues caused by an excessive number of cars. There are many reasons for that, such as poor traffic management, undersized infrastructure, lack of laws and restrictions, as well as not enough developed public transportation. Local government should invest more into these problems as the current situation will become worse every year.

Some believe that schools should take responsibility for monitoring students’ diets and exercise to address this problem. While I agree that schools have a role to play, I believe that the responsibility must also be shared with parents and the wider community.

In this day and era, sports have the most impact with several people deciding to use any products; therefore, numerous companies want to make their brands widely known with the sponsor sports to advertise their brand. Although, some individuals said it negative ascendent, I agree is beneficial for companies.

Providing access to healthcare services is a fundamental concern for governments around the world. Some argued that free basic medical services should be provided by all nations, to their citizens, without including advanced and expensive treatments. I completely agree with this aforementioned notion, because it will be helpful to maintain equality among individuals of all statuses and balance the financial stability of the country.

Many individuals argue that when you are living overseas talking in another language which is not your mother tongue can be very challenging and causes some issues. I strongly agree with this due to the fact that it can affect the way of communication.

A lot of money is spent nowadays searching for oil. As the world's oil resources will eventually run out, it would be more logical to spend some of this money on developing new sources of power, such as wind and solar. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Most of the money was spent to cover the cost of the search for oil. Since making oil one of the main resources is not long-lasting, it is recommended to labour more on new types of energy resources, such as wind and solar. I strongly agree with this statement as this will lead to a lot of benefits while preventing harmful effects caused by oil consumption.

Some people believe that universities should only accept young students who have achieved high marks in school, as these students are often seen as future leaders. However, others argue that universities should be open to people of all ages. In my opinion, age should not be a determining factor in university admissions, and everyone should have the opportunity to pursue higher education, regardless of their age.

It is not too much to say that technology, per se, has made us what we are, master of the universe, ranging from control of fire at first to state-of-the-art devices, e.g., AIs and computers. Nowadays, the evolution of technology is rapid and has dramatically made our lives more convenient and safer.

In the contemporary epoch, some individuals conceive that workers should work fewer days compared to their routines. In other words, they should have more weekend days because not only do they have more productivity, but they also have adequate time for hanging out with their families.

It is considered by some that competing with each other is a good thing, while other people think that it is better to work together to get more benefit. I support the view that it should be based on the type of work and circumstances.
