In many countries, crime rates tend to be higher in urban areas compared to rural regions. This trend has become a serious concern for both authorities and citizens. In this essay, I will explore the main reasons behind this issue and propose effective solutions to tackle it.
There are some arguments about access to scientific information in various fields. Some believe that it improves the quality of life. Others, however, contend that this information is too significant and should not be available. I believe that more data allows people to be more aware and vigilant, but they should be classified and under control.
There is no doubt that wildlife conservation plays a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance. However, some people argue that governments allocate excessive funding to such projects, despite facing more urgent social and economic issues. I partly agree with this view, as I believe that while protecting wildlife is essential, governments must also address other pressing concerns such as healthcare and education.
There is no denying the fact that environmental problems have always been a global concern. While it is a commonly held belief that governments are not enforcing serious punishments against those who break environmental laws, there is also an argument that opposes it. In my opinion, I consider that stricter punishments can help reduce environmental problems, but public education and awareness are also necessary.
Children now are more passive in their spare time than previous generations. Hence, sports lessons must be taught in school. I am totally convinced by the idea for some reasons mentioned in the essay.
Access to healthcare is a fundamental human right, yet in many countries, medical services are only available to those who can afford them. I strongly agree that healthcare should be provided free of charge by the government, as it is a basic need that affects individuals’ well-being and a nation's development as a whole.
There is a debate over which is the best type of employment, with some saying that for employees, it is important to have a position which gives satisfaction or happiness rather than a great salary, and others arguing that being given a stable income is better than having an occupation which you love. However, I believe that while career satisfaction is important, being engaged in a role which you dislike comes with serious consequences that can outweigh earning a good salary.
The crime rate is increasing nowadays. Many people believe that imprisonment is the only effective way to tackle this issue; however, others argue that providing proper education is a more powerful solution. This essay will discuss both perspectives with relevant explanations and examples.
Some argue that authorities should have access to individuals' phone call records and text messages due to safety reasons, as cybercrime has become one of the most prevalent crimes. However, I agree with those who believe that this data is private and should not be accessed without permission, because personal data is one of the basic human rights.
It is often argued that students should have regular assessments in higher education, which equips them for a more prosperous and successful life after finishing their studies. In this essay, we will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages and provide a comprehensive analysis of this matter.
There are those who argue that team sports prepare young kids for their future job life, whereas others believe that individual exercise is more beneficial. This essay supports the early point but will discuss both views in the forthcoming paragraphs and show why collective sport is better in the conclusion paragraph.
In today’s digital world, social news plays a huge role in the daily lives of teenagers. A part of society argues that it negatively affects young people's mental health and behaviour. Others , however, believe that it allows them to connect with others and gain knowledge. This essay will examine both sides and explain why I believe the impact of social media depends on how it's used.
In today’s modern world, managing money is becoming a basic life skill that young people cannot afford to ignore. Some people believe that financial management should be taught in schools as part of the regular curriculum. I completely agree with this idea because it prepares students for real-life responsibilities and helps them build independence from a young age.
In many parts of the world, particularly in developing nations, home ownership is regarded as a crucial life achievement. This tendency can be attributed to various cultural, financial, and psychological factors. In my opinion, while this mindset can have certain benefits, it also presents significant drawbacks, particularly when it leads to financial pressure or limits social mobility.
Some people feel that children who have not reached sixth grade should be prohibited from carrying mobile devices. In my opinion, supervised use is acceptable because smartphones are useful tools.
In many urban areas, public transport plays a crucial role in ensuring mobility and reducing traffic congestion. While the idea of making public transport free may seem appealing to many, I firmly believe that it should not be entirely free of charge. Instead, a reasonable fare system should be maintained to ensure sustainable funding and service quality.
In recent years, the widespread use of digital transmission and social media has reduced the frequency of face-to-face interactions. I completely agree with this view because face-to-face communication requires a different set of social skills, and these skills need to be practised regularly to remain effective.
In today’s globalized world, many countries have become more alike due to the ease of purchasing products from different parts of the planet. I completely agree with this idea, as it leads to improved product quality across borders and helps promote shared global causes.
In recent years, many countries have witnessed a concerning trend: rising average body weights alongside declining levels of health and physical fitness. This issue is primarily the result of modern lifestyle changes and poor dietary habits. Addressing these problems requires a combination of public policy, education, and personal responsibility.
