Some people think that new houses should be built in the same style as older houses in the local area. Others disagree and say that local authorities should allow people to build houses in the styles of their own choice. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some people believe houses in a neighbourhood should follow the same design as the existing houses. There is certainly a good reason to think this way because same-styled buildings ensure uniformity to roam around safely without wandering. But another trivial reason is sometimes people get an inferiority complex looking at a well-put house with trendy exteriors. Conversely, some folks feel that their freedom is taken away when they are forced to follow some ancient style in order to comply with the local area rules. I believe it is extremely unnecessary to follow the same style while building your own house.

It is argued by some folks that partners should live together before the wedding to understand each other while some folk are against this view as they think that an internal bond is more necessary for a long-term relationship. I think that people should make their internal connections stronger after marriage to live happy life.

This essay will discuss both views in detail and explain why the former needs to be followed for sustainability.

There is a lot of pressure on young people today to succeed academically. As a result, some people believe that non-academic subjects, such as physical education and cookery, should be removed from the school syllabus so that children can concentrate on academic work. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this day and age, it is a common belief that all academic success leads to a more perspective future, which inevitably creates a lot of pressure for children at school. Due to that fact, numerous adults are convinced that it is worth removing non-academic subjects from students' schedules in order to help them pay more attention to academic ones. In this essay, I will argue that because of the extra stress pupils experience caused by high expectations of their academic performance, not only such subjects as art or physical education would be helpful to release tension, but also to find a passion for those who choose to pursue a more creative or active career.

Some people argue that courses should be aligned with the modern work trade, whereas others opine that educational institutions should teach for their own benefit. University is a powerhouse of knowledge, a pupil should learn how to open this door during his study period through which he will triumph over the world.

It is perceived by a large section of people that being employed at an institution to earn one's livelihood is much better than self-employment.However , I disagree with the given notion and I will discuss some reasons for my disagreement.

It is irrefutable true that, the consumption of fossil fuels is increasing at an alarming rate for a few decades. Thus,it is believed by experts that rising the rate of fossil fuels is a good source for reducing environmental pollution. I agree with this phenomenon due to some reasons,which will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs.

People argue that misunderstandings between teenagers and their parents are completely normal while others think it is wrong. In my opinion , clash between teens and guardians are unavoidable. Sharing information among people ,especially in the same sector such as scientific research, business and the academic world is a common form to upgrade knowledge respectively. By sharing the information freely, it will help each other lead to a great partnership in their activity. However, others believe that this kind of information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. In this essay, i will discuss both views and present my own opinion.

Crime rates will fall as advances in technology make it easier to detect and prevent crimes. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Identifying and resolving criminal cases became much more efficient with the advent of new technologies that enable gathering a greater amount of valuable information. These include fingerprint detection, face detection and other biometric identification means, but also modern cameras and large databases of information about people. Although some may claim that criminals will find ways around those technologies, I would argue that technological advances will highly facilitate the process of deterring crimes and identifying criminals.

A successful career is an ambition, that all humans have. To reach the pinnacle of any field, it is necessary to work for a long time in the same. However, it is a common thought of a few, that, workers tend to overstay for their own goals, failing to make way for new ones. Subsequently, it is suggested that these experienced job holders quit and pave the route for the new age. In my view, I concur with this notion, and I will provide reasons for the same.

Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly common for parents to put pressure on their children. Many children receive almost no reward from their parents regarding their academic success. While others suffer from the pressure that their parents put on them. In this essay, I will examine the factors that contribute to over-enthusiastic parents regarding their children's achievements and the proper roles of parents should be in their children's education.

It is always a heated discussion about whether workers should wear them properly while they are working. Although many people regard formal dressing such as suits or uniforms as professional, reliable, and passionate imagination and it is indeed. In my opinion, the most important thing for employees is not their wearings but their quality of work.

Most people are aware that sugary products and fast food are associated with unhealthy food groups due to their high sugar content. However, there is a lack of understanding regarding the appropriate daily consumption of such foods. This ignorance leads to various problems, including financial difficulties, such as purchasing expensive groceries in an attempt to use healthier products, as well as impulsive buying of sweets when cravings strike. Moreover, it results in mental and physical health issues such as weight gain, stress from unknown sources, and diseases like diabetes. Consequently, this essay explores reasons why sugary products should be priced higher.

Nowadays, scientists’ interest in the exploration of the universe is increasing. Nevertheless, it is argued that doing this consumes time, money and energy whereas others believe that it is required to discover the cosmos. In my opinion, the resources required to go to space should be spent on the country’s development project rather than wasting them in space.
