On one side I believe, two publicly funded options should be equally available for the public, however; I also think we should all support the idea of prioritizing the railway systems as it has more environmental benefits.

It is controversial that the maintenance of decayed buildings is a waste of money and their lands should be used for the construction of contemporary towers. From my standpoint, this statement is properly false as they are essential to specialise the culture and also offer advantages for the economy.

In the contemporary world, technology has transformed human life in terms of communication, education, travelling etc. However, people spend a massive amount of time in front of screens especially, the young generation has become addicted to mobile phones. To provide additional housing, some cities construct high-rise buildings while other cities develop land in extensive areas. In my opinion, the latter approach is the best way to solve the housing problem because land in wide areas is usually inexpensive. Besides, high-rise construction can be very costly.

People's opinions vary when it comes to the number of subjects students in the university should study. I disagree with the view that they should choose to study only one specific field. From my perspective, having a wide range of interdisciplinary knowledge is more crucial, which helps to lead to a more satisfactory academic and career life.
