Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 per cent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. Do you agree?

Many corporations are prioritising males over females in high-ranked positions, despite that more than half of the working staff is based on females. Therefore, it is argued to allot a specific proportion of these designations to female staff. I agree with the idea, as it will ensure women's empowerment and increase the competition among manpower.

There are several nations with different communities that follow different sets of principles. These sets of rules have to be respected by a visitor because they have been followed by natives for ages and should be followed by guests until they are comfortable with them. However, learning the local language may or may not be necessary as a visitor, but it can definitely save time in adapting to the new culture.

It is commonly seen that volunteers working ought to be a necessary part of higher courses like helping an NGO and improving good relations with society and physical work. I largely agree with this notion due to some reasons and discuss my viewpoints before a valid conclusion is written.

In recent times, a group of individuals are of the opinion that, lessons on great parenting should be included in the school curriculum for the youths. While this will take up so much time they would have spent on their studies, it helps prepare them for the task ahead. It would not be a bad idea if this is included on their timetable. There are also proficiencies to becoming a great guardian.

A reward is something given or done in return for achieving something or doing something really good. In this competitive world excellence is the only word that is treated well with hefty bounties. However, those who are showing consistency and improving themselves constantly have to be under the radar and teachers should encourage them by offering gifts and prize money for their small achievements. It really makes a lot of difference in their lives by doing this.

It is a common belief that paying the staff according to the number of products they sell and create would have a positive impact on their willingness to put more effort into their work. The judicial system is an integral part of our society, without it, there have been injustice and violence everywhere. However, some specific situations need to be considered by some individuals when judging criminal behaviour. In my view, I am convinced that the former one has been proven as a useful law and order system to maintain our discipline.

However it is true that disappearing some species of animals is normal throughout history, and it is undeniable that humans should struggle to keep a variety of animals safe from extinction since some of them died due to Human manipulation also their existence is vital for human life. l strongly agree that humans should try to avert limited types of creatures dying out.

In recent times, the increasing number of budget flights for holiday-makers has led to the construction of airports, noise and pollution. It has been argued that raising taxes significantly on flights would be an appropriate answer to these issues. Although raised taxes would decrease the number of flights, I am of the opinion that this action would do more harm than good.
